"Package showed up in really good shape"
The package arrived looking totally fine, which I always appreciate. There weren’t any dents, crushed corners, or weird damage on the outside, and everything just looked clean and nicely handled. Simple thing, but it’s nice when an order shows up the way you’d hope

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots from..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots from promotocross.com and was expecting the exchange to be a headache . But it was way easier than I thought . I emailed them , they got back to me quick , and I sent the boots back . The right size showed up a few days later . No drama , no extra weird fees , just a smooth exchange . Really happy with how it went .

I’ve been using the gear for a bit now, and so far it feels sturdy and well-made. Nothing has felt flimsy or cheap, so my impression is that the quality is good overall

"Seems okay, but I’d still be careful"
I spent a little time looking around promotocross.com, it seems okay at first. The site is easy to move through and nothing immediately screamed scam or anything like that. But this is where it got annoying: I couldn’t find as much clear, detailed info as I’d want before feeling totally comfortable with it.
I wouldn’t say it’s a huge red flag, but I also wouldn’t rush into buying something there without checking a few things first. It seems fine for browsing, but I’d definitely look up outside reviews, read the payment and return details, and just be a bit cautious before placing an order.

"Showed up right when it was supposed to"
I was expecting to have to check the tracking a bunch of times, because that’s usually how these things go for me, but nope, the order showed up right on time. Actually, I almost forgot it was coming that day until it arrived. Everything was quick, simple, and there weren’t any issues at all.

"Quick replies and genuinely helpful support"
So... I had a quick question about my order and sent them a message, not expecting to hear back that soon. But they replied fast and actually answered exactly what I was asking.
After that, everything made sense and they kept it simple, which I really appreciated. It’s nice dealing with a shop that doesn’t leave you waiting around for days.

"Fit was just right"
I ordered my usual size from Pro Motocross, and it ended up fitting perfectly. I was a little unsure at first because my brother mentioned some gear can run small, but the sizing chart was actually accurate. No hassle at all, comfortable fit, and I’m really happy with it

I ordered some parts from Pro Motocross, and to be fair, the parts were fine once they finally showed up. The problem was the shipping took way longer than I expected.
I also didn’t get much in the way of clear updates, so I kept having to check on it myself. When I tried reaching out, I got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.
It wasn’t the worst order I’ve ever had, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them if I needed something quickly. Giving it 2 stars mostly because the wait was such a hassle.

"Everything came just how I ordered it"
I ordered a few parts from Pro Motocross and figured there’d be at least one mix-up, just because that seems to happen a lot with online orders. But everything showed up exactly like I picked it out on the site.
The sizes, colors, and quantities were all right, and even the little pieces were in the box. I always look for those first because they’re usually the easiest things to miss. Maybe they’ve got someone double-checking orders before they go out, because mine was spot on.
Nothing too exciting to report, which is kind of a good thing. I got what I paid for without any hassle, and I’d probably order from Pro Motocross again if I need more stuff later.

"Fewer options than I expected"
I stopped in hoping to grab a few things, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. Compared to other places people usually shop at, the selection felt limited, and I ended up leaving without most of what I needed

"Pretty smooth overall"
I had ordered something and ended up needing to send it back, which is always kind of a hassle, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The process itself was straightforward enough, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or send a bunch of extra messages. After a little waiting, I checked my account and the refund had already come through quickly, which was a nice surprise.

"Easy enough site to browse"
I used promotocross.com when I was looking around for motocross-related stuff, and overall it was easy to figure out. The pages loaded without any issues for me, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of menus to find what I was after.
The only thing I noticed was that a few sections felt a little crowded on my phone, but it wasn’t frustrating enough to stop me from using it. I’d probably go back again next time I need to look something up.

"Payment went through with no issues..."
Payment went through with no issues at all, and checkout was quick. The only thing was I had to double-check my address like twice, which was a liiittle annoying, but overall it went smoothly.
